Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Service area: India Order processing: 1–2 business days on working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery timeframe: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (longer for remote locations). Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout, including any free-shipping offers. Order tracking: A dispatch email/SMS with tracking is sent when your order ships; tracking is also available under My Account → Orders. Delivery attempts: Couriers generally make 1–3 attempts. If a parcel returns to us after failed attempts, we can reship (additional shipping charges may apply).

No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (nutraceutical/consumable items), returns and refunds are not accepted once an order is delivered. Please review product details before purchase.

Statutory Exceptions (eligible for replacement)

We will provide a like-for-like replacement where required by law if you receive:
  • A damaged or tampered parcel,
  • A defective product,
  • A wrong item (different from what was ordered), or
  • A product that is expired on delivery.
What to do:
  • Contact Support within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item/label.
  • Keep packaging and the product intact until we complete verification.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock). If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a functionally equivalent substitute. The replacement product will be delivered within 5-6 days.
Note: For security and accuracy, we do not publish a static return address. If a pickup or inspection is needed, we’ll share the correct location/instructions in writing for your case.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via My Account → Orders or by contacting Support. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled and will follow the policy above.

Helpful Guidance

  • Record an unboxing video and photos showing the shipping label and packaging; this speeds up verification of any transit damage.
  • If a parcel appears open or severely damaged at delivery, ask the courier to mark it “damaged/return to sender” and notify us immediately.
